Previous and Current Projects
• Vista Del Arroyo: 100-unit townhome community, Denton, TX. Project included construction of infrastructure and townhomes. Completed 2018.
• Yarbrough Farms: 353 single-family lots in Pilot Point, TX. Construction of infrastructure and sale of finished lots to home builders. Completed 2024.
• Tolliver Ranch: A 360-lot single-family community in Dallas, TX, developed in three phases. Final plat approval for Phases 1 & 2 projected in Q3 2025. Phases 1 & 2 lots under contract to national home builder.
